What

A manual for converting attention into proof. Not school—schools sort people at scale for employers who need credentials. Not dropout—dropout offers no structure for the minority who already know what to build.

This is an instruction set for the 15-to-19-year-old who ships, who tinkers, who cannot not build. It can be run alone or with a small conspiracy of peers.

We encourage a narrow set of 15 to 19 year olds who already build to exit the credential track early through a legal secondary equivalency in their region, then commit to 12-week shipping cycles. The aim is simple: convert four credential years into six shipping cycles with real users, revenue, and a public portfolio.

One semester equals 600-800 focused hours.

At 25 focused hours per week across a 12-week build cycle, you can ship one real product per semester. Four years equals six to eight shipping cycles.

The compounding you forfeit is not only financial. It is skills, network, and reputation that make each subsequent build faster and more valuable. By year four, the builder compounds at 17; the credentialist compounds debt at 21. The builder has learned from users, earned from customers, and accumulated proof. The graduate has accumulated debt and a diploma.

A solo builder is a hermit. A small group of builders is a movement. Find your peers by making your work public and attracting those on the same wavelength.

Actionable Steps: Share your weekly memos on platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, or relevant forums. Comment on the work of others you admire. Host small, informal demo days and invite people who are building interesting things. The goal is mutual accountability and shared momentum, not a formal organization.

The third path is not reckless. It is responsible exposure to reality through small, reversible experiments.

Handle logistics early: educational equivalencies, parental alignment, basic legal compliance. Keep detailed records. Maintain optionality for traditional paths if needed.
